Professional fees are determined by diagnosis and treatment time as well as the complexity of the medical problem for which you are being seen. It is our goal to provide the best care possible in a caring, efficient,
and cost-effective manner. We are happy to provide information about our fee schedules at any time.
We participate with medicare and most major health plans. Although we submit your bill to the insurance company, the fee is your responsibility; we thus may ask for your assistance when there are problems collecting from your insurance carrier. Remember that any co-payments must be made at the time of your office visit.
