He earned his degree in Psychology from the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, before pursuing his medical degree at Saba University School of Medicine in the Caribbean Netherlands. Dr. Mando further honed his skills and knowledge through a rigorous residency in internal medicine at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. He then completed a specialized Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama.
